MAINTENANCE

1. Just call the office or leave a note at the office and let us know if we can go in anytime or if a specific time or appointment is needed between 8 AM and 12 NOON or 1 PM and 4 PM.
2. On most days it will be fixed the same day but to be honest sometimes it takes a couple of days or until the parts come in
3. We start working on emergencies right away. Some emergencies include: water running that can cause damage, if your heat is out in the apartment, or a broken window; and others that are obviously a danger to your safety
